But I have started to read the (small) book and I like it. It is mainly focussed on clocktime whereas my focus is more on experience time but there is nothing wrong with some good time management tips.
The most interesting tip for me was 'getting things done by putting them off till tomorrow'. It was inspired by Mark Foster (Do it tomorrow). He advices to put a buffer between incoming demands and our response. For most people, email is a never-ending activity that gives you a lot of stress because just when you are almost ready with a task, a new one is already waiting. His advice: you only answer the mails of yesterday and don't concern yourself about the mails that come in today. So create a folder in which you put the yesterday mails and that's your task for today. By doing this, you create an ending list of mails and you answer them all in one batch. Then the e-mail work is over for today and you can concentrate on other (creative) tasks. More information and detailed advice in the book.
