A new baby is born (book 'En ... Actie!')

Yep, yep, again a moment to be very proud ... my first 'real' book is on the market. The book is called 'En ... Actie!' (only avalible in dutch - at this moment) which means 'And ... Action!'. It is a book I've written together with my colleague Joost Kadijk.

The book is addressed to trainers, consultants, team leaders who want to get their participants/employees to move (literally and figurative) .

I was quite nice to experience the process of writing a book (with a colleague). It took us almost a year from putting the first words on paper until the moment we could touch the first 'printed' copy. Joost and I are very proud to be the parents ;-)
